Missing pieces from copy bought at a local store.

I just bought the game today from a local store and when I opened it I notice that the fate cards are missing. Is this an issue that you are already aware of. Also what do I need to do to get the cards

I wasn't sure who to contact but I figured since the box was shrink wrapped it was most likely a packaging error.
